The location of the hotel is perfect, just next to the beach and easy access to local taxis; staff is quite friendly and welcoming. The pool area is clean and very relaxing, perfect to spend the day with the family; the food served at the restaurant was delicious and varied.

The hotel does not offer enough kitchen supplies for the guests. , it would have been much better if the hotel had arranged a more relaxed check-out service since we had an early morning flight.

Staff was friendly and the private beach's water was calm and shallow which was great for kids. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with an amazing pool and delicious dinner. Transportation was easy with convenient parking.

Couldn't fault anything.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. They provided us with all the information we needed and made us feel welcome. The apartment in the gated community was spacious and had a great beachside pool and restaurant. The pina coladas were delicious! The grounds and pools were well-maintained and created a relaxing atmosphere. We felt safe in the complex and the parking was convenient.

Staying in this venue made me feel like a VIP. the private facilities were luxurious and exclusive, including the amazing swimming pool and the outdoor dining area with fantastic views. the staff provided excellent service, making me feel special and appreciated.

Although this hotel promised meticulous attention to detail, I did experience a minor issue with their replenishing of the continental breakfast. Nevertheless, the staff quickly resolved this, and the restaurant provided fantastic and delicious options for breakfast.

The hotel has a great location close to the beach and some nearby restaurants. the rooms were nicely decorated and had panoramic views of the bay. Guests enjoyed the generous breakfast and found the staff to be nice and helpful.

Some guests mentioned poor maintenance with stopped-up toilets and shower drains.

The beach wasn't great for swimming due to the rocks, and the sound of the surf was barely audible. the food wasn't very varied, and there weren't many vegetarian options.
